Use SleepStik for head support for up to several hours. Being similar to sleeping normally in bed, we encourage you to make minor changes to your body position and head orientation on occasion.  Doing so will help maintain good blood flow and to minimize muscle cramps. Please note that sitting upright for long periods of time will always be accompanied by some discomfort.
